Welcome to FlyingChem
ECO - friendly JX series fluorescent pigment has strong fluorescence effect, easy mixing performance and good non-stick roller property, and achieves excellent dispersion and no formaldehyde gas emission in the temperature range of 135-240℃. Especially recommended for extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, blow molding and other processes, production safety equipment, toys, packaging materials, shopping bags, graphic text scrapping, display goods decoration, vacuum molding products, billboards and other dazzling goods and objects. This product is non-toxic and pollution-free, and can be stored for a long time under cool, dry and dark conditions. When wet or hot, there is a tendency to harden, at this time need to be crushed after use.

JX serise has a relatively low softening point, does not need high temperature to get a good coloring effect, at around 135C has been evenly dispersed in the plastic. However, it is usually recommended to pre-disperse the pigment and process it into a form such as masterbatch.
JX serise is suitable for processing below 250C, at which temperature polypropylene can already be extruded. Although JX serise has good thermal stability, it can also cause color migration when processing time is long. In this case, it is necessary to add about 1% antioxidant to reduce the color migration.
The use of JX serise does not need to change the ratio of other additives in the plastic processing process, and has a good non-stick roll property.

No matter how much fluorescent pigment is used in opaque plastics, only surface layer fluorescence is produced. Fluorescent pigments used in pure, transparent plastics produce the most vibrant colors. The corresponding relationship between the pigment concentration required to achieve the fluorescence effect and the thickness of the transparent plastic sheet is roughly as follows:
Thickness(mm) | 0.1-0.25 | 0.25-0.75 | 0.75-1.5 | >1.5 |
JX concentration (WT %) | 5.0-7.5 | 3.5-5.0 | 2.5-3.5 | 2.0 |
